I am a professor of economics at Johns Hopkins University, where I have worked since 2007. Before joining Hopkins, I was an assistant professor of economics at the University of Texas at Austin for four years. I am a Hopkins alumnus with an MSE in mathematical science and an MA in economics in 2001, and a PhD in economics in 2003.
