2021年8月19日 · As they don't have bluetooth cards and as admin rights are shut off, the only solution I see is to use a Jabra Link 370 to connect to the Airpods. I can't really use other bluetooth dongle as they need to support HFP 1.6 If I want the sound to not be crappy. I read on another forum that Jabra link has HFP 1.6 support.

2021年8月26日 · I have encountered a problem with my Jabra Link 370 where Windows no longer sees it as a Bluetooth device. This only happened after I upgraded to latest FW on the dongle. I am trying to get my hands on either version 1.50 or 1.82 so that I can roll it back. Have been in touch with Jabra Support but they just sent me a link to the latest version.

Worked just fine for about a year now but recently it seems to dongle randomly fails in Windows with the message "the Usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned" It works for a while but after a few minutes it drops.

2023年1月18日 · Having some issues with my jabra link 370. It won’t link to my evolve 75. I have tried different pcs. Driver updates. Factory reset of both. Latest fw etc. Evolve works fine connected direct to pc but just won’t connect to the dongle.

2022年2月20日 · In the Jabra Direct app, go to Device -> Jabra Link 370 -> Settings > Reset. Then, via the Bluetooth menu (under Device), re-pair the Evolve75. The Paired devices list should be empty if I recall correctly.
