Jaiko Gouda (剛田ジャイ子 Gōda Jaiko), also known as Little G in the U.S. and U.K. version is the younger sister of Gian. Her first appearance was in the first chapter of the manga. Jaiko is a short and chubby girl with short black hair almost physically similar to her brother Gian.

The Gouda Family is the family of Gian and consists of Gian, Gian's mother, Gian's father and Jaiko. He is recognized by his large build (might partly be contributed by obesity), as well as his mean, selfish and violent behavior.

Muku (ムク) / Pork Chop is Gian and Jaiko's cowardly and dimwitted pet dog, who was a little stray dog when he was adopted by the Godas. Muku tries to be as brave as Gian, who praises his strength and courage, but in many emergencies, he just runs away and enrages Gian.

Takeshi Gouda (剛田 武 ごうだ たけし Gōda Takeshi), more commonly known by his nickname Jaian or Gian (ジャイアン じゃいあん), or Big G in the American and UK versions, is one of the main characters of the Doraemon franchise. Gian sometimes serves as the main antagonist in some Manga chapters and anime episodes when he is bad or evil in the franchise.

Jaiko is Giant's younger sister, who would have been Nobita's wife in the future had Doraemon not intervened. She appears in the very first chapter of the manga, even before the introduction of Gian. Her name Jaiko is usually considered a nickname, but Fujiko never gave her a real name.
