I'm pretty sure 7-11 daily limit is 100k yen. This is why you get a debit card that reimburses you all atm fees. I have the Charles Schwab card and it has atm fee rebates and no international fees. If you have a debit card that has no foreign exchange fees or atms fees, then a $2 flat rate to use that ATM is not bad.
