Jeff Xu现任海思研究部部长，半导体基础研究首席科学家，复旦大学兼职教授。Jeff毕业于复旦大学物理系，并获得瑞典皇家理工学院物理学博士学位。在University of Michigan完成博士后研究后，Jeff加入美国英特尔研发部门并开始了他的半导体技术的职业生涯。
