Jing-Ya Deng (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2006 and 2011, respectively. He served as a Lecturer with Xidian University from 2011 to 2013, and later as an Associate Professor from 2013 to 2016.
