Intermediate - Jog On
Designed to challenge your running fitness, improve your running technique and overall performance. The course usually lasts 10 weeks, with 9 coached weeks (we break for half term), and we include a 10-week training plan to help people progress with their distance and fitness (you can choose between three training plans).
