Johnny Htoo and Luther Htoo (pronounced 'too', 'H' is silent; born c. 1988) are twin brothers who jointly led the God's Army guerrilla group, a splinter group of the Karen National Union, in Myanmar (Burma) during the late 1990s.

Militia leader Johnny Htoo, who was 12 when God's Army guerrillas held hundreds of people hostage at a Thai hospital in 2000, had left a refugee camp in Thailand and "returned to the legal fold", the Myanmar Ahlin paper said.
