Joyce J. Peppin (born July 2, 1970) is an American politician and former majority leader of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota, she represented District 34A, which included portions of Hennepin County in the northwestern Twin Cities metropolitan area.

Joyce Peppin serves as Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Dairyland Power Cooperative. In this role, she leads the Office of the General Counsel, which centralizes legislative, communications and economic development; legal and records; and regulatory affairs to support Dairyland’s strategic goals.

Joyce Peppin (b. July 2, 1970) is a former Republican member of the Minnesota House of Representatives , representing District 34A from 2005 to 2019. Peppin served as House majority leader .
