Julian "Jules" Jourdain, otherwise known as Circuit Breaker, is DC Comics' "first transmasculine hero" [2], created by A. L. Kaplan for the 8 Seconds of Still Force segment of Lazarus Planet: Dark Fate Vol. 1 #1, released on February 14th, 2023. Jules is a transgender man from a Basque rancher family who lives in northern Nevada, off US Highway 50.
