None of the biomes villagers spawn in have inherently bad terrain like that though. Yes, you’ll have some wacky villages with houses either fifty blocks above or below the rest of the village, houses trapped in caves, broken farms making water leak everywhere, etc. but that’s not the biomes doing that, that’s just Minecraft.
