So to sum this up, not all dysautonomia patients have POTS. If you get a normal tilt table test, it doesn’t mean you don’t suffer from autonomic dysfunction. Because I have my POTS so well under control now, a TTT would come back normal. I’m not on a single med to control BP and heart rate at this time, the Rituxan just helps so much.

POTS just feels like a constant battle that no one besides people who have experienced it, take seriously. It is so alienating and frustrating and probably the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with honestly.

I've struggled with POTS for as long as I can remember (my parents nicknamed me goat because I was just fainting all over the place in high school) but I'm also autistic, and POTS is a pretty common comorbidity.
