So to sum this up, not all dysautonomia patients have POTS. If you get a normal tilt table test, it doesn’t mean you don’t suffer from autonomic dysfunction. Because I have my POTS so well under control now, a TTT would come back normal. I’m not on a single med to control BP and heart rate at this time, the Rituxan just helps so much.
