१) पातेल्यात पाणी गरम करून त्यात १ टेस्पून लोणी सोडावे. पाणी चांगले गरम झाले कि परातीत ज्वारीचे पिठ आणि मिठ घालून मिक्स करावे. त्यात पाणी बेताबेताने ओतावे. हळू हळू मिक्स करून मळावे. पिठ चांगले मळले गेले पाहिजे. २) मळलेल्या पिठाचे ४ किंवा ५ गोळे करावे व लगेच भाकरी करण्यास घ्यावी. ३) तवा गरम झाला कि गॅस मिडीयम हाय हिटवर ठेवावा.
