The Ready to Work (RTW) Program serves SCC students who are receiving Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP) benefits in the following Kentucky counties: Adair, Casey, Clay, Clinton, Cumberland, Jackson, Knox, Laurel, Lincoln, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Wayne, and Whitley.
