May 1, 2024 · The Honda K20Z2 engine is a 2.0-liter inline-4 engine that was produced from 2006 to 2011 for the Acura CSX and the Honda Accord (EDM) and Civic 2.0 S / S-L (PHDM). With a compression ratio of 9.8:1, the K20Z2 engine produces 153 horsepower at 6000 RPM and 139 lb-ft of torque at 4500 RPM.

In engines such as the K20A2 found in the Acura RSX Type-S, the VTEC system operates on both the intake and exhaust valves, allowing both to benefit from multiple cam profiles.

The K20C2 version is a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated and direct-injected gasoline engine. The start of production began in 2016 (when the K20Z2 was discontinued), and it's still a relatively new power unit on the market.

Jul 3, 2018 · K20Z2 is a replacement for K20A, it featured a new long runner intake manifold, modified camshafts and the Drive by wire technology. The power was 155 HP @ 6,000 rpm, and the torque was 188 Nm @ 4,500 rpm.

Jan 25, 2010 · For your information, the K20Z2 is the Asia Civic FD2 non Type R engine which is similar to K20A3 engine which has no exhaust VTEC. I am having the Automatic Transmission car and I am building the first AT high cam VTEC conversion.

Nov 9, 2024 · K20Z2 – simple motor, compression ratio 9.8, power 155 hp at 6000 rpm, torque 188 Nm at 4500 rpm. K20Z3 is a sporty version with full i-VTEC, which shifts at 5800 rpm. Also used electronic throttle, modified camshafts, modified intake/exhaust, compression ratio 11, power 197 hp at 7800 rpm, torque 188 Nm at 6200 rpm.
