2014年1月14日 · K24a4 Bone Stock, 110% on the block. So far it's tuned on 15PSI through K-Pro and it's holding up well. Just figured I'd post another success story with the k24a4 setup! Next (as budget allows) I'll be buying piston/rods and a k20 head to swap on it or try to salvage my k20z3 head from my previous engine (highly unlikely).

2010年5月31日 · NO, a z3 head can not be swapped on a stock a4 block. At the very least you need to swap pistons to CRV or TSX ones. I know, but I don't see a lot of K20Z3 heads with K24 blocks in the forum. That's my major concern. If it's only the piston/compression problem, it's not a big deal. i have a Z3 head on a K24a4 Block.......... No problems.

2011年8月12日 · I had the option to build my replacement motor which was a k20z1 complete long block. I decided to go with a k24a4 block. At that time it was hardly any research on a frank regarding a k20/24 and what was needed and etc. Here was the set up that lasted a good 25k-k24a4 block (stock block) a4 pistons etc:facepalm:
