If you buy a 1500sf starter home with sheet siding and Formica counters in a neighborhood with 5' property lines, you're not going to have the same quality as the KB home built with brick/masonry exterior and better interior finishes in a neighborhood with bigger lots and a higher price point.

2007年4月24日 · With KB homes, you are pretty much just buying a "box". Take the base price of the house and plan on adding $50-60,000 in upgrades. Basic upgrades mind you. I moved into an Anderson home and I love it! Everything that is considered an "upgrade" in KB homes comes standard in Anderson homes.
