2024年7月3日 · KBS要求至少 三个审稿人，审稿需要所有审稿人都给了建议才会结束，所以这个时间就挺看运气。 每个审稿人必须在两个月内给出意见，如果某个审稿人超时了，期刊就会重新邀请新的审稿人，我就是有个审稿人一直没给意见，就被硬拖。
