We work very closely with our farmers and other suppliers to ensure that we are using the very best, hand-selected raw ingredients. Each and every batch of beer that we brew undergoes a rigorous process of quality control and sensory analysis before we release it to the world.

The KCBC Taproom is located smack dab in the middle of Bushwick - surrounded by a bunch of fun stuff. Come by for a rotating selection of house-made draft beers, ranging from lagers (our fav), to hazy + clear IPAs, to sours and barrel-aged stouts.
