It became Norfolk Southern PRR 5447, Class SD50, and sold as National Railway Equipment Co 5447. It was rebuilt as KCS 7000 in 2004 and sold to Larry's Truck Equipment in August 2012.

The EMD SD50 is a 3,500- horsepower (2,610 kW) diesel-electric locomotive built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division. It was introduced in May 1981 as part of EMD's "50 Series"; production ceased in January 1986.
