Your distro doesnt really matter in terms of ricing, KDE Plasma is a DE (desktop environment), everything should be the same on any distro. I've linked everything I used in the details comment.

The rice uses the LayanGTK / KDE Theme & Tela Circle Icons by VinceLiuice. As for Widgets AkA Plasmoids, it uses Apdatifier, Netspeed, Quick Shutdown, Toggle Overview and Wunderground PWS.
