If someone obtains a chunk of gear at a price and lists that when discussing the get, I don't see that as a valuation question, if the poster does not discuss the value in the post.

2023年12月3日 · I've just bought a pair of KEF Q10 bookshelf speakers and from what I've gathered they need good placement for maximum design intended results. I've used some concentric style speakers before, but with a smaller amp and they had great tonal balance on a shelf just 1 ft. above direct ear levels and 6 ft away and 7 ft. spacing from each other.

2009年8月6日 · KEF Q series speakers use uni-Q drivers. They have a tweeter in the center of the woofer and the crossover mounted on the back of the whole driver assembly. If they don't sound good, most likely the tweeter is dead or weak due to age.

2014年3月8日 · I found a pair of KEF C-35s under similar circumstances. Similar idea, although mine are sealed instead of being ported, and from the looks of things mine are a little earlier in production (they look like this). The other difference is 4 ohms instead of 6. But for what they are, I love them. And I think you'll enjoy these as well. :thmbsp:

2018年11月29日 · My guess is they're one of the earlier uni-q, maybe Q15.2, or Q10, or possibly Monitor Series RDM2. They're all really good, but most likely will need tweeter work.At the very least, ferrofluid is probably dried out and need replacing. If the tweeters are dead, Kef no longer carries replacements.
