2021年12月7日 · Ok so I'm 99% sure I'm going to treat myself to some LS50 Meta for my upcoming birthday, but as usual, I'm buying blind, no way to listen first unfortunately. I have the Q350, have had the Q550 and I'm sold on the Kef sound. My questions are the LS50 worth the $1k difference in price? I'll be using a Nuprime IDA-8 to drive them, smaller room.

2019年10月9日 · My brother and I compared the Elac Debut 2.0 with the previous model KEF bookshelves and both felt the KEF had notably better treble overall. More detailed and smoother. The Debut’s were enjoyable overall, but we both felt like the KEFs were superior.

2023年7月24日 · I'm a big KEF fan - before my R500s I had a pair of Q350s via Accessories 4 Less. They are quite a good speaker. Another option to check out is the popular Wharfedale Denton 80th Anniversary monitor speakers which were a favorite budget monitor of mine. 2015年10月18日 · At moderate levels the difference between the old *Wharfedale Denton and the KEF Q350 speakers are subtle. The Q350s are a touch cleaner with a brighter tone. Detail - neither are what I would call overachievers here - is also a little better, perhaps the difference between aluminum and woven Kevlar drivers.

2018年3月26日 · I had a brief pleasure to listen to ELAC Uni-fi UB5 and KEF Q350. I found KEF Q350 to be too `laid back` (it sounded dull to me) and I found ELAC Uni-fi UB5 to be engaging. I also listened to Klipsch RP-160M before and found it to be too harsh to my ears (maybe too engaging?). Anybody with the same preferences? Any suggestions?

2020年2月5日 · Last month I bought a pair of KEF Q350 speakers. I liked some of the attributes over the Wharfedale Denton speakers - mostly the sense of speed and some better detail. My plan was to eventually replace the Q350s with a pair of KEF R3s, speakers that were being sold via Accessories4Less for a very nice price.
