2012年1月28日 · Yesterday I finally received my R400b. After unpacking I did the set-up according to the KEF manual (crossover @ 140 Hz, volume @ dot7). I also did the respective settings on my DENON AVC-A11XV (crossover @ 80 Hz). Honesty, I am not happy with the sub. Firstly, there is a noticeable "humming" e.g. between two songs when set up as described above.

2000年10月11日 · My 4 year old KEF R400b has developed a fault. The power LED flashes and there is no sound. However, if I switch it off completely, then on again it stays solid red while waiting for a signal to activate the auto on feature. It then comes on and stays on for about 30 seconds unil making a slight thud and shuts down with the led flashing.

2016年3月26日 · Hmm, the Kef r400b was a decent sub although I wonder if you’ve actually outgrown it The reason is adding something like the SVS SB3000 should bring that area out which you feel you are missing The reason I’m thinking is the AV Receiver you own is no slouch, yes the R100’s might be a weak link, but they are respectable
