2011年11月3日 · I saw at lot of this at the Indy Expo last year and it seems from appearance and specs that KFI, Champion, Runva, SUPERATV, and several other brands are all mass produced from the same China factory -- just with a different sticker. That doesn't mean they are bad winches, of course, but it is a different approach to production.

2016年11月24日 · KFI asked me to pull the cover off and send them pics. Based on the pics, they denied my warranty claim due to water damage. If you plan on purchasing one of these winches, just know that this tiny little o-ring is the only thing keeping water out of a $400 winch, and if water does get passed this undersized o-ring, your warranty will be voided.

2017年1月23日 · I've had really good luck with Viper Max winches. Usually order them through moto alliance. Have heard great things about the KFI winches as well. Have seen great deals on both brands on eBay.

2018年4月19日 · A new option... I got ahold of a prototype winch mount from KFI and REAL happy with it. Looks great and good alternative to the overpriced $900 Polaris winch option. The winch is a 5,000 lb Quadboss. KFI also offers winches that will fit this.
