Allotment of Land: KIADB. On filing the online application form along with the relevant documents and 30%/20%/10% tentative cost of land, land will be allotted on lease basis fixing the lease period of 99 years. After payment of 100% tentative cost of land, confirmatory letter of allotment, and possession certificate of the plot will be issued.

KIADB has so far developed 173 Industrial Areas in 30 districts of the State. A typical industrial area developed by the Board will have following infrastructure facilities: Approach roads and internal roads with storm water drains.

In the Industrial Area multi line access road, underground cable for power supply and street lights with dual water supply pipeline for potable and tertiary treated water. The existing substation is upgraded to 32 MW for uninterrupted power supply and also KIADB is planning to construct 220/66/11 KV Sub Station in this industrial area.
