The bike ran fine for a couple of weeks and yesterday out of the blue it had no spark again. I bought the red cdi box from TBoltUSA, Are these known to go so quickly? 2023年4月2日 · I have a 2022 klx110 that I bought new last year. After about a month of riding I noticed the valves tapping. I adjusted them to the recommended clearance that was in the manual which was .004-.008 for intake and .008-.012 for exhaust. The valves tapped so I adjusted the exhaust valve tighter and it still tapped but a lot quieter.
