KBP Instrument Design Bureau, [note 1] officially the JSC "Design Bureau of Instrument Making named after Academician A.G. Shipunov", [note 2] is a firearms manufacturer based in Russia. KBP Instrument Design Bureau was founded in 1927 as a division of the Tula Arms Plant. The plant was renamed TsKB-14 in 1936.
