It requires all the near future and cormorant arenology mods. It’s basically a flying fuel tank with a closet for 6 Kerbals and lots of experiments, so the concept is it’s a science refit of the unmanned BFR. The upper fuel tank is clipped into the crew recreation area behind the cramped living quarters which is intentional.
