2000年3月12日 · The KT90 is the largest non-triode ouput tube used in our hobby. It offers the most power and bass response of the three tubes discussed in this thread. However, there is also a negative to this, it will not physically fit into MANY amplifiers, as it is too tall.

2011年5月26日 · The KT90 is a tube that was developed by the Ei tube company in Yugoslavia in the late 1990s to be a more Powerful Octal based Beam Pentode. The B+ for the 6CA7/EL34/KT77 is considerably lower than for the KT90, and while the KT90 has the same Pin-out, the operating conditions are different. Hope that this helps, Happy Listening

2005年1月14日 · I too, am curious as to what the impressions of the EH KT90 are. I'm thankful EH began production, it is a worthwhile endeavor. I can personally vouch for the ruggedness of the Ei KT90 tubes. I had them in my Jadis for 5 years, one shorted (no damage to the amp), and the others still measure a little better than "pass".

2005年4月30日 · The kt88 definatly my favorarate is the 6ca7 for musicalty and close second is the 88 none of the midrange glare the 6650 or KT90 has, the 88 is just more full bodied much more texture smoother highs and more natural, have had several pairs of JA80S also have JA200S JA500S JA50 AND 100s I like the 80s and 200s the best.

2014年5月18日 · In my system, the KT90 sounded the best and most balance among all these tubes. The warmness of KT90 complements the natural and neutral sounding M30.1 speakers. The KT90's bass is extended, solid and fast but not too strong. Female vocals sounded sweet. The KT90's high is just right, not too extended, smooth and never fatiguing.
