Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (born 24 July 1976), commonly known as KTR, is an Indian politician and Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Telangana Legislative Assembly. He is a former Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Industries and Commerce, and Information Technology, Electronics and Communications of Telangana.

Born in Siddipet on 24 July, 1976, KTR is the son of K Chandrashekar Rao, the first Chief Minister of Telangana. He grew up in a politically active family and completed his schooling from St. George’s Grammar School, Hyderabad before going to Nizam College, Hyderabad.

Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, Known as KTR is an Indian Polictian from Telangana, India. He was the son of Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, founder of Telangana Rashtra Samithi political party, and is currently the 1st chief Minister of Telangana State.
