The Kliment Voroshilov (KV; Russian: Климент Ворошилов, КВ) tanks are a series of Soviet heavy tanks named after the Soviet defence commissar and politician Kliment Voroshilov who operated with the Red Army during World War II.

2016年4月3日 · It was only called "KV-7 tank" or "assault tank". Nevertheless, it had all the features of an SPG. The KV-7 became the first SPG to be developed in the Urals that reached the prototype stage. According to factory documentation, repair tank #5161 built in September of 1941 was used for the prototype.

On 14 Aug 1941, Lieutenant Zinoviy Kolobanov's five KV-1 heavy tanks laid in ambush for an oncoming German tank column near Leningrad, Russia; revealing only one tank at a time, the ambush knocked out 43 German tanks in about 30 minutes, while the Russian tanks were hit multiple times but none of the hits penetrated.

2025年4月5日 · This kind of multi-barrel artillery tank is not the first of Comrade Stalin. The 183 factory has a more radical plan and designed a multi-barrel tank with a turret. The design is based on the T-34, and the 76+2X45 layout, which is the same as the KV-7, is used in the turret, numbered T-34-3.
