2009年3月30日 · I just replaced the clutch on my sons 1987 KX-80. When I tighten the 5 bolts that hold the springs in the clutch basket, they become compressed all the way down. I bought a manual and all it says it tighten the bolts down tight. Is there anyone out there that can explain to me what I am doing...

2009年2月1日 · My son has a 1989 kx 80 And i cant seem to get spark to it. I took the cdi box out and coil to look at. I took to the dealer to ask Questions but no luck. So i took the coil out of another bike and i got spark and just to see i tried the old coil i had in it and it worked too. tried to start it and got one fire and then nothing. No spark again.

2007年4月7日 · By the book I'm supposed to be using NGK R6254K-105's in my kids 2000 KX80 and 2006 KX85. Is there a down side or problems with running the older B8EG's of B9EG's instead? The 105's are resistors and the b8 & 9's are non-resistor. What's everyone running?

I just purchased a KX 80 said to be a 1995. After decoding the vin, it is a 1990 ! I am wanting to replace & update some items. I am wanting to verify that the engine is also a 1990 as well .

2006年12月24日 · I have a 90 kx 80 big wheel. the motor has always been very strong but ive run into a problem. It seems to bog out before reaching the power band. It tends to do it when the bike is warmed up. I have installed new reeds and took the carb apart to clean it. I also put a new air filter and plug. Im assuming it is some sort of fuel thing.
