As a non-profit organization, Kababayan Multicultural Centre (KMC) spent over 46 years helping newcomers and migrants settle in Canada. We strive to connect you to vital settlement resources, employment opportunities, community support, and more.

Kababayan Community Service Centre, later renamed Kababayan Multicultural Centre, is founded to serve Filipino immigrants. Our first location opens downtown, launching our legacy of service to newcomers in Canada.

In GTA, nearly two-thirds of the seniors are immigrants, leading to a great diversity among them, which may introduce an elevated risk of social isolation due to challenges such as language barriers, generational gaps, and cultural differences.

Event: Computer Training and Accessing Online Services Dates: January 11, 18, 25, and February 01 We’re looking for volunteers to support our participants during our computer workshops. No tech expertise needed, but definitely a plus.

The Kababayan Multicultural Centre (KMC) is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and therefore is subjected to government approval and conditions which may be varied from time to time.
