2021年1月30日 · Go to "Virtual Switch Manager" within the Hyper-V Manager & click on "WSL". Change from "Internal Network" to "External Network" & select the Wi-Fi adapter that you have plugged in. After that, hit apply & test on WSL2. Let me know if this helps you in any way. I personally have a PAU09 because it has monitor mode capabilities.

2022年3月20日 · WSL is different than WSL2. Networking is one of those areas that are very different. The bridge seems to be work to make them closer, but WSL existing on Windows can currently make things easier. Always feel free to covert between versions or have a test distro to see if anything about your use creates a bottleneck.

2024年5月3日 · Try not to upgrade but first use Kali for some weeks But.. I would download and install Ubuntu first on wsl and.. Use VirtualBox on Windows.. then download and install Kali inside it.. this way, you can use Kali as a Source machine and Windows as the Target Kali on wsl has less tools.. so, use Kali as a Virtual Machine inside VirtualBox

2022年4月17日 · I eventually removed my wsl adapter carefully or I would have bricked my machine. Then I installed a .ova OS file in virtual box and kali linux was up running. .ova file automatically configured to install easy. Not sure if its private completely in virtual box app. But sure it gets it own virtual adapter and ip address.

Live Boot is OK, and you can setup a partition on the USB drive to store files permenantly, or you can use you local hardrive Luks encrypted that can be accessed with the Live USB.
