Kalki (Sanskrit: कल्कि), also called Kalkin, [1] is the prophesied tenth and final incarnation of the Hindu god Vishnu. According to Vaishnava cosmology, Kalki [11] is destined to appear at the end of the Kali Yuga, the last of the four ages in the cycle of existence (Krita).

Kalki avatara is the last of the ten major incarnations of Lord Vishnu who will appear in the end of this Kali Yuga to protect religious principles. The age of Kali-yuga is said to start from the year 3102 BC, after the disappearance of Lord Krishna.
