Kamm and Schellinger Brewery, also known as 100 Center Complex, is a historic brewery complex located at Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana. The complex consists of the original Brewery Building, the Stable Building (c. 1855), and the Boiler House (c. 1870) with a 262 foot tall brick chimney stack.

They manufactured K&S Root Beer, Emral, Arrow Cereal Beverage, soda pop and distilled water. In 1918 Nicholas Schellinger died and 10 years later his family sold their interest in the company. Kamm’s sons ran the company until its closing in 1951. The brewery buildings at 100 Center have been readapted to commercial uses.

Adolph Kamm was born in Zöbingen Oberamt Ellwangen, Germany. He was brought to America at age eight by his parents, who were fleeing unrest in Prussia. At age 16, he left home and pursued the brewing trade in Ohio and Indiana. In 1870, he and Clemens Dick purchased John Wagner's brewery in Mishawaka, Indiana.
