2025年3月9日 · KEV on The Bund. Opening in 2004 and peaking in the mid-‘10s was Bar Rouge. Perhaps no other bar represented the face of “Shanghai nightlife” than this Bund venue, famous for serving champagne-soaked, Euro chic-meets-trash vibes — even before people said “vibes”.
