When inserting the card in the radio, I get a message along the line of the file is corrupted, but it begins to install anyway. It gets stuck on validating and never progresses. Come to find out the Navigation Update software only goes back to 2017 model year. I asked the Kia service department about it and they told me I could buy an SD card for $200+.

2015年9月14日 · Just off the phone with Kia customer service. My map SD card is the 96554-C6000 vintage. Looking up SD Matrix there would appear to be newer versions namely C6001 (V.9.0) and C6002 (V9.5). Stonewall NO to my request for the newest map software.
