Customer: 2006 kia rio trouble code p0451 for evap pressure sensor, unplugged the sensor for basic wiring checks, and instead of 5V on signal wire, have 1.5V, checked on harness side so its not bad connector, either partial short on wire or bad computer/pin, can i get pin out on pcm for this sensor, thanks

2019年5月24日 · Hey I have a 09 Kia Rio Base model 1.6 liter 5 speed. Was running fine then seating at a red light it started not idle and check engine light came on. It starts up just fine but wants to stall out no power and idle keeps going up and up to try to keep the car running a guess. Codes came up as p0452 and p0451.

2023年11月27日 · If no vacuum is detected it sets code P0451. I assume they verified failure was good vacuum incorrect reading from switch. The switch runs about $70.00 on Kia parts and is not difficult to replace. Problem is it's in the tank and that requires removing 4 rear seat bolts and rear seat, then opening hatch to access it.
