2019年2月1日 · I called KIA Customer Care and explained the issue and sent them copies of both dealer's work orders. Within 2 days they covered both the repair and the dealer diagnosis cost.

When I was buying I didn't even bother to ask if it had it, assuming that if my 09 Audi a4 and my previous 06 grand Cherokee srt8 had it then this tech monster would definitely have. 2024年4月8日 · Good luck on any reimbursement I paid Kia dealer $380 to fix the headlight control stalk a year before they sent out warranty extension letter for that. Been trying repeatedly for past 5 months to get reimbursed, but Kia just ignores case notes and receipts I formally submitted in November (Kia acknowledged receiving).
