Our site offers the chance to create much needed public realm and bring green spaces back to this part of the Kings Road. Inspired by its botanical past, the project incorporates elements and references to apothecary shelves, botanical influences and a transparent garden box element to act as a landmark for the scheme.

Benoy 81-103 King’s Road is a proposed 17,000m2 mixed use development located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London. KJ Tait developed an Energy Strategy that would conform with the London Plan 2021 requirements for new developments to achieve Net Zero Carbon in operation.

Benoy is excited to share plans for a new mixed use office and retail development in the heart of London’s iconic Kings Road. The proposed plans would see the reconfiguration of an existing asset into a scheme that delivers high quality and flexible retail space.
