High Caliber will let you kill enemies almost instantly in close quarters if you aim for the head, and Quickdraw will allow you to snap to targets. If you're having issues with accuracy, I'd throw on Grip and an optic, preferably Reflex or ELO. For me, I use Elo,Grip,High Caliber, and fast mags.
