2023年9月10日 · Kaya minsan di ko na lang iniintindi yung sasabihin nila regarding sa pagka-OA ko sa riding gears. PS: naka 125cc scooter lang ako. Di ako yung tipong YOLO or big bike rider, defensive driver ako. Kaya kahit mag overtake sila habang naka gears ako, ok lang sakin kahit minsan nakaka hiya. LOL

2023年9月24日 · For OP, if your bike fit is good it is probably fine. If you start feeling any knee or other leg pain you should get a professional bike fit. in the 1980s, 5 time Tour de France champion Hinault was known for pushing a hard gear / low cadence. He also had knee problems but he did perform well enough to win a record 5 TdFs.

2023年1月4日 · Fixed gear riding, like basically any sport, can hurt your knee, not affect it or improve knee health. IMO fixed gear bikes don't hurt your knees, fixie culture does. If you push too big a gear and mash up hills with a low cadence, then skid all the way down, you'll score a lot of fixie points, but you'll regret it later in your life.
