2017年10月24日 · Microsoft has officially brought backwards compatibility for original Xbox games to the Xbox One. There are a few titles currently available, with more to come. One of the main titles they've been advertising is KotOR! I dusted off my old disc to try it out. Apparently they use pixel doubling to improve the quality on modern TVs.

2022年4月28日 · definitely start with Kotor I, and while the xbox version is pretty solid, I would recommend the pc version. very stable, customizable resolution and graphics settings. I have played both 1 and 2 several times each over the last 15 years, and have played them on pc, xbox, xbox 360, and series x.

2022年4月28日 · 1 is good on xbox, 2 should definitely be played on PC. Some reasons if you're interested: PC port of 1 is pretty antiquated, no controller support or native widescreen support PC port of 2 got updated with all that stuff 1 was missing as well as Steam workshop integration

2017年10月23日 · The main difference between xbox and xbox one seems to be the better video cable quality (as the xbox one must be full digital). On the other hand, that's the way most of us played back then. But it needs to be specified if they aren't showing Kotor 1 on the xbox looking its absolute best.
