Koaxis stocks miles and miles of cable, including our own K-Flex™ line of flexible semi-rigid replacement cable. We offer K-Flex™ cable up to .141" dia, and semi-rigid and hand-formable assemblies up to .250 dia.

Koaxis manufactures phase matched and delay matched cable assemblies; although related, they are not the same. Delay is a time measurement, which we measure in picoseconds as our cables are usually short.

Koaxis has developed our own line of flexible semi-rigid replacement cables, called K-Flex™, in order to control our sources of supply and to provide tighter tolerances vs similar cables available from several other sources.

Koaxis can supply pre-bent semi-rigid cable assemblies made to your specifications. Koaxis is tooled for both low volume, one-off applications using bench top tooling fixtures as well as higher volumes using one of our 3 CNC semi-rigid bending machines.

The industry standard for SMA connectors is 18 GHz, at Koaxis we design most of our SMA connectors to perform to 26.5 GHz or higher. All SMA connectors built in accordance with Mil-PRF-39012 (formerly Mil-C-39012) are intermateable.
