He also cares for Whip, seeing her as like a kid sister to him, though she doesn't like being called Whippy by him.

Ralf clenches both of his fists together and proceeds to punch his foe with an 8-hit Jet Vulcan Punch until they stagger backwards, ending with a straight Galactica Phantom strong enough to cause a huge fire, which Ralf walks out of unharmed.
