2022年3月5日 · This is purely my point of view, and a way for me to explain my obsession with the shipping of KOTLC. Of course, you can comment on how you think of it. It’s always interesting to see other people’s stances on issues in the series :). Also, this is not an argument about which guy is suitable for Sophie, but more like a justification of my bias.

I made this subreddit after seeing that in the r/KeeperoftheLostCities subreddit a lot of people including myself felt like we couldn't talk about certain ships because we would get judged. I think it's important to discuss every aspect of the book and unfortunately for people that don't like ships, this is important. So discuss away!

2022年6月20日 · The Keefe Sophie and Fitz love triangle makes most people in the kotlc community aggressively ship Fitzphie or Sokeefe, enough to bash and insult others who don’t agree with their ship(I know there are other ships but these 2 provide the best example). To answer your question, other people also aggressively ship people in kotlc.

2022年7月5日 · Ok, I agree with most of this. I started squealing cuz someone else ships tiana, and darella. Although dexiana is ADORABLE, I feel like Dex would become a Councillor. He just has the amazing soul, and he’s pure hearted. Tiana would work better because Tam’s family was terrible to him and Linh, and the Vackers would treat them so much better.

AND IT AFFECTS OTHERS. Fandom (not the sane kotlc fans. you know who you are) agreed that when Fitz did it, that was it, and he was a bad character, but when Keefe repeatedly makes inappropriate jokes, that's fine, because 'he's Keefe and he's hot'. Yeah, no. -The Sokeefe Keefe kiss. Yeah, one of the most beloved scenes in the books.
