KPHI develops, owns and manages housing for low-income individuals and families, senior citizens, and supportive housing for special needs adults on the Kenai Peninsula. Through quality housing and effectively administered programs, KPHI and its partners offer tenants a solid foundation on which to improve overall quality of life.

Creating high quality, affordable housing through new construction, rehabilitation of existing homes and collaborating with community organizations to help meet community housing needs is the cornerstone of KPHI’s business operations.

KPHI is governed by an active Board of Directors that represent a mixture of Kenai Peninsula communities, consumer perspectives and professionals in both housing development and business management fields. Colleen (Kelly) Behen, Chair, Represents Region 1.
