2010年10月22日 · I have nodded numerous times on kratom alone. Sorry to be redundant, but a lot of factors go into what reactions people have. And for someone with a high tolerance to opioids its almost pointless to use kratom recreationally. However, I believe kratom substitution would deter some/most physical opioid withdrawal symptoms -regardless of tolerance.

I have had kratom binges of up to 5 days and those start to hurt my strength and endurance, but they're also usually accompanied by other physical stress.

2012年4月4日 · With regards to kratom, I can't say what the potency of its main alkaloid mitragynine is, only that it affects adrenergic receptors at lower doses (stimulating) and and mu/delta opioid receptors at higher doses. A minute amount of 7-OH hydroxymitragynine is alledgedly in kratom and its anywhere from 3-13x stronger orally than morphine.
